My dog recently had a long stay at this kennel and I was shocked by the appalling condition she was in when I arrived to collected her. She had lost a considerable amount of weight and appeared much weaker in the legs than her usual arthritic self. She also recked of urine and other waste. Due to the smell there was no way I could make the 2 hour journey back home. I immediately called a local groomer to have my dog washed and sanitised. Needless to say I will never place my dog in the care of this kennel or its owners again.
The main criteria for a kennel is 'does your dog happily enter the premises?' I am happy to say my princess trots in with no sign of being anxious.
