Why does every where else in tassie open at 9am but wynyard open at 9:30 ?

I think it is pretty stupid that service tas in wynyard is only open from 9:30am to 4:00pm when if i was in hobart i could visit from 9:00am to 5:00pm. I will contact service tas and find out why this is and update my review with my findings.
