Very Good Customer Service.....we had flowers sent to someone and unfortunately un-beknown to us they were away for weekend so flowers were not discovered and thinking they must have been delivered to the incorrect address we notified Patreena's Florist who assured us that they had been delivered to correct address, but she would makeup another bunch and go to address herself and see what had happened !!! Sure enough there were the flowers still waiting to be discovered and after 3 nights they were looking abit worse for wear, so the wonderful lady from Patreena's left a newly made bunch at no extra cost.... so great service I think ....
